COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hunkar Laboratories ID00F071 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dfi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the MI4110KD1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KS450154000 manufactured by Dfi and we are pleased to be able to service most Dfi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MWS200RREVR10 by Manufacturer Mitac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ann-Arbor Brand INX7486D2TFT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as OT2005 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P313T4A62A3 made by Ctc as well as the popular MON4604006 original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDCG26 by Yasakawa and OT2005 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MV90FB050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
